🦧 International Orangutan Day 🦧

Many people know us for glassware and barware. Fewer know that for many years we've proudly sponsored an orangutan called Joyce through International Animal Rescue. Joyce was rescued after being kept as a pet and is now learning the skills she needs for life in the wild.

Supporting Joyce (who is now 11) is a small part of our wider commitment to giving something back and helping protect the world around us. Orangutans play a vital role in maintaining healthy rainforest ecosystems, yet their habitats continue to face significant threats.

Today, on International Orangutan Day, we're celebrating Joyce and the incredible work being done to protect her species for future generations.

Today is World Oceans Day — a reminder of just how important it is to protect our oceans, coastlines, and marine ecosystems. 🌊

At Urban Bar, we know there is always more to do, but we are proud that through our partnership with Greenspark, every order placed on our website helps rescue ocean-bound plastic.

Since starting the campaign, Urban Bar customers have helped rescue more than 13,000 plastic bottles from the ocean.

Every order makes a difference. Every bottle removed matters. And every small action helps contribute to a cleaner, healthier planet.
