Farming can be an isolating job and today is an important reminder that nobody should carry it alone.

Sharing this for World Su***de Prevention Day, as it’s always so important to remember that lots of research shows that farming has one of the highest stress and su***de levels of occupations. We never shy away from talking about these difficult topics, because awareness is so important.

AHDB is running bluetongue update meetings this week and next, with disease pressure expected to peak in September.

Lancashire 24 August, Cumbria 25th, Shropshire 26th, Carmarthenshire 27th, then Leicestershire on 3 September.

Spaces are limited, and as AHDB noted in its 18 August update, the case picture is changing week by week.
