Hi Everyone!
Just wanted to let you know I've been a bit quiet lately, but that doesn't mean the oven hasn't been busy! I've been working on some amazing cakes and wanted to share a few of my latest creations with you all.

Celebrating a 70th birthday! A pretty in pink 2 tiered cake with cascading, handmade sugar crafted bluebells and primroses. Makes a beautiful cake for a garden party.

Another one of my recent cake designs. Henry from Thomas the Tank!
This was a triple chocolate sheet cake, made up of 2 layers of chocolate sponge, filled with chocolate ganache and covered in a white chocolate Italian meringue buttercream and fondant. Henry was handmade with fondant and is completely edible.

Perfect for the train loving birthday boy!

Congratulations Mr & Mrs Sopher!

I was so honoured to create this stunning wedding cake for such a gorgeous couple. The cake featured three different flavours: cookies and cream, vanilla twist and carrot cake. Covered with two different styles of buttercream. The flowers were made up of cream, dusty blue and pale pink roses with a touch of eucalyptus leaf.

The cake was served at the beautiful Ashton lodge, a truly stunning location.

Reeve’s 1st Birthday Cake

Happy Birthday Reeva! This beautiful 3-tiered cake was made just for you. It’s made up of two tiers of caramel sponge filled with salted caramel and the third tier is a vanilla sponge with fresh raspberries and a raspberry jam filling, both covered with a white chocolate buttercream and covered with fondant.
