As we enter our busiest period of the year, please be aware of the following timescales:
Primary School Orders
Orders placed on or after 21st August may be subject to delays and, unfortunately, may not be ready for collection before the start of the September school term.
Secondary School Orders
We are currently expecting Secondary School orders to be ready for collection before the start of the September school term.
You will receive a text message once your order has been completed and is ready for collection, whether your order was placed online or in-store.

Please be advised, Due to Unprecedented demand, and supplier-wide stock shortages, Any Schoolwear orders placed online or in store, on or after Monday 18th August 2025 will not be guaranteed to be ready before the beginning of the new school term.
You will receive a text message for any orders placed online or in-store once complete and ready for collection.

**POLITE NOTICE**
For those parents whose child is attending Rugeley John Taylor School, we will be preparing your orders for collection over the next couple of weeks. Once your order is ready for collection, you will receive a text message from the team. We are extremely busy at the moment, so Please do not call or email the shop asking when it will be ready, we are working as fast as we can to get everyone's orders complete. We will be preparing them in batches of 10, to avoid long queues of people in the shop at any one time. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

Just to make Customers aware, due to the unprecedented number of orders we have received, ANY order placed from today onwards, we are unable to guarantee it will be ready by the time your children return to school in September. We will obviously do our utmost to complete all orders in time, but stock availability and limited time remaining means it may not be possible.
