Highlight for today, sitting having a few cocktails with my son enjoying the day. Turns out we were
sitting next to a group of people who included Dean Saunders ( oh la la - former Aston Villa footballer) and Alan Brazil (not so oh la la - also former footballer) suddenly out of nowhere we’re soaked with water. Turns out sitting next to these footballers-turned football pundits meant that a Liverpool fan took offensive to us. His solution was to throw a bucket of water over all of us. Result 2 free drinks! Dean and Alan bought us drinks to say sorry for the fans! Every cloud has a silver lining.

I was very spoilt by my son this Christmas- a six day trip for him and myself to Rome. Well we arrived this morning, this afternoon we when to an army museum. He was very interested in all the exhibits to do with the military, all I could focus on was the marbled floor. Keep thinking how good a quilt would look in batik fabric - some of the designs attached.

We are finally bringing ourselves up to date and getting all our fabrics on-line. Currently it is very much a work in progress, as we photograph them all and get them loaded on. Fabric and haberdashery is available to be collected from the shop, or can be posted within the UK. Please help to get our name out there by sharing our page with your friends, and keep your eye out for regular updates and promotional deals. We will also be sharing our makes with you to showcase our fabrics.
