2026 update... Apologies but I got really sick just after Christmas and had to step away for what turned out to be nearly 3 months. I now know what it is, it's not curable but it's also not life shortening so I promise this is not a "pity me" post. I have justifiably got some bad reviews on Google which are justified except the "it's a scam!!". Trust me nobody in their right mind would set out to scam a niche market with such a low priced item. With over 5000 orders it's a shame I have so few reviews of which the majority seem to be from a negative perspective but then again I have never asked, so if if at the end of reading this you feel like adding a review on Google be it good bad or indifferent it would be appreciated.
The reason for this catch-up is to say I am just getting back into the swing of life and that all outstanding orders are being sent out today and refunds for returned stemcaps I have received have been processed.
What does this all mean long term? Currently I have no idea, I will go through periods of illness but this time I will try to convey any possible delay issue before I step away. This may mean I need to close permanently but only time will tell. I would ask everybody to use email if you have a query as I have had to reduce screen time.
I have stopped the custom stemcaps for now and my advice is if you need your order asap I would probably look elsewhere, but if you can hang in there and support a one person small business through a tough time it would be greatly appreciated.
