V**e House Group is looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our growing team.
If you’re passionate about providing excellent customer service, enjoy working with people and want to be part of a fast-paced retail environment, we’d love to hear from you!
What you’ll do:
✅ Help customers find the products best suited to their needs.
✅ Provide expert product advice and after-sales support.
✅ Process sales, refunds and stock.
✅ Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming store.
✅ Support the day-to-day running of the shop.
✅ Build lasting relationships with our customers through outstanding service.
What we’re looking for:
✔ Excellent communication and customer service skills.
✔ Friendly, reliable and motivated attitude.
✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
✔ Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
✔ Retail or va**ng experience is an advantage but not essential.
This is a part-time position. Applicants must be available to work weekends and provide holiday cover where required.
