Grangeway - Home Farm Estate - Shopping Precinct Grangeways Home Farm Estate was built in the late 1960s, by Rushden firm Arthur Sanders Ltd.

The Shopping Precinct was built around the same time as the Whitefriars Schools to service the 1,400 new homes surrounding it.
