🌿 Calling Island Makers, Artists, Crafters & Local Producers 🌿

We are currently exploring an exciting possible new home for Ztam & Co in a prime Ryde location with much greater footfall and visibility, and we are now looking to hear from people who may be interested in selling with us.

Over the past two and a half years, Ztam & Co has grown into a wonderful community of local artists, crafters, makers, authors, designers and producers, and at one point we proudly had 86 Island sellers under one roof.

Our possible new premises would be larger, with fantastic display areas, large shop windows and room for us to expand what we offer. First refusal of places would be offered to sellers that currently sell with us then we will have some more spaces for new people to join us.

We would love to hear from people that are interested in renting a space who are creating or supplying things such as:
• Handmade gifts�• Art and photography�• Jewellery�• Ceramics and pottery�• Woodwork�• Textiles and needlecraft�• Local produce�• Books by Island authors�• Cards and stationery�• Skincare and wellbeing products�• Unique or unusual Island-made products�• And anything else produced / made on the island.

We will continue to pride ourselves on not having too much of the same thing. We love the fact we have a big variety of arts and crafts.

We will also have an large area that is a separate room suitable as an art gallery, workshop, community space, pop up shop, craft market / fairs so we would especially love to hear from people who may be interested in renting this.

We also have some rooms that could be used as workshops/studios for crafters to take their craft to the next level and away from the home.

We are currently gathering interest before making our final decision on the premises, so there is no commitment at this stage.

Hey all. Slight change in this coming weeks days we are open.
Our girls have to both have some teeth out on Tuesday so we will be closed that day.
And then we be closed our regular days off wed & Thur so back open at 10am on Friday

⏳ ONLY 36 TRADING DAYS LEFT AT ZTAM & CO ⏳

The countdown is getting very real now… we have just 36 trading days left at our current shop. 😞❤️

Between now and our final day, we’ll be continuing with our mega closing-down sale, with more items being reduced and more bargains being added as the weeks go on.

We still have a wonderful selection of handmade gifts, Island-made products, artwork, jewellery, homeware, craft supplies and so much more — but stock will gradually start to reduce as some of our sellers begin collecting their items.

So if you’ve seen something you love, please don’t leave it too late. Once it’s gone, it may really be gone.

You’re always welcome to message me if you’ve spotted something in one of our photos, and I’m happy to put items aside for a short time if you can’t get in straight away.
We can also send items out if postage is covered.

Thank you so much to everyone who has continued to support us, shop with us, share our posts and send such lovely messages. It really does mean the world.
We are still hunting for a new location and will keep you all posted on this.

Dee has been busy launching a new Product. These Isle of Wight puzzles are great fun to do.
We also have a large range of arch folders. Ideal for going back to school or uni. Only 50p each.
Our craft supplies sale is also coming along with lots of products being added.
We had some boxes of wonderful jewellery making items including various beads and findings. ( see photos ) All at bargain prices.

🚨MEGA SALES CONTINUES🚨

Another busy day in the shop with people coming in to grab some amazing bargains.

Dee started the morning off with a roll of 250 sale stickers and by 3 pm hit he has nearly used them all up so that’s another 250 items in our sale.
Items are starting at 50p and the craft supplies are starting at 10p. So many bargains. Today I was working on front display ( the display as soon you walk into the shop ) and as quick as I was putting items on there they were gone.

Our last trading day is Tuesday 29th sept but please be aware that some sellers are leaving before this date so if you see something you like it may not still be there when you come in,

🚨MEGA SALES CONTINUES 🚨

First of all a big Thank you so much to everyone who has visited, bought something, shared our posts or sent us such lovely messages. Your support really does mean the world to us. ❤️

The shop has been really busy since we announced we are having a big closing down sale, I love that we are ending with a good amount of sales for our crafters.
And buyers are really get some amazing bargains.

⏳ ONLY 44 TRADING DAYS LEFT AT ZTAM & CO ⏳

We now have just 44 trading days left at our current shop, and the countdown is well and truly on.

Between now and our final day, we’ll be adding more and more items to our mega closing-down sale, with lots of handmade gifts, unique Island creations and one-of-a-kind pieces being reduced.

We will be reducing all our costume Jewellery from tomorrow with prices literally starting at 50p

Also all my gonks are now buy one get on free. 🥰

🙏 PLEASE HELP US FIND A NEW HOME FOR ZTAM & CO 🙏

As many of you now know, we have been given notice to leave our current shop at Appley Rise.

We are doing everything we can to find a new home for Ztam & Co because we really do not want this wonderful community to come to an end.

We are ideally looking for retail premises in Ryde, although we would consider nearby areas or something a little different if it could work for us.

We need somewhere suitable for our large collection of Island artists, crafters, makers, authors, designers and small businesses. Ideally, the premises would have:
🏬 A good-sized retail area
🪟 Display windows
🚶 Good passing footfall
📦 Some storage space
💷 Affordable rent and running costs
📍 Preferably a central or easily accessible Ryde location

We would also be interested in hearing about larger spaces that could be divided, a section within another business, shared retail premises, community buildings, unused commercial areas, or any other opportunity that may allow us to continue.

At one point, Ztam & Co proudly housed 86 Island sellers ( currently 81) under one roof. For many of our sellers, creativity is not only a business or hobby but also a way of supporting their mental health, coping with pain and finding a positive purpose.

This shop means so much to us and to the people who sell with us. We are not ready to give up without trying everything we possibly can.

So this is our plea: if you own a suitable property, know a landlord, have heard of somewhere becoming available, or have an idea we may not have considered, please get in touch.

Even if you cannot help directly, please share this post far and wide. The right person may see it.
