It is finally time for the Folkestone 10km this Sunday and at the moment, it looks like being "scorchio" on the coast once again.

The race is a sell out and if you are one of the lucky runners, make sure you have your hydration and suntan lotion in hand.

The event brings together some many runners and communities and we can't wait for Sunday to arrive. Will we see you there?

It can be hard sometimes, but here is your reminder to look a little deeper when you need a little more.

Whatever the distance, whatever the terrain or weather, you may face a challenge - sometimes completely unexpected. You have to find that little bit more to overcome it and hit your goal.

Weekend ahoy and we're out and about at a firm favourite and a new favourite in the making.

We're on home ground for the Rye 10m & 5m on Sunday morning for this ever popular event. If you're joining us, make sure you read your race emails - particularly about car parking

Meanwhile, a little bit north, we're joining our friends at The Maypole Project for the Chislehurst Half Marathon, featuring perhaps the most interesting course we have! It is the uniqueness of the event that has people coming back year after year and we're thrilled to be working with the team again.
