We grew up in a little village in Essex. As kids we fought like brothers do. Chris took himself off to Paris to train as a chocolatier. Greg tried his hand at design back home. Now both grown up and back in Britain, we realised we have more in common than we thought:

A desire to be the best, big respect for our local community, an appetite for experimentation and uncontrollable love of chocolate.

A unique experience for chocolate lovers with a taste for authenticity. Created by local boys with big ambition.

Merry Christmas from the Hill St. extended family! 🎄✨

This lovely photo was chosen for our Christmas post from a collaborative project with Jamie leaving us inspired of the landscape for Hill St. We thought this summed up how incredibly grateful we are to do what we do.

As we wrap up another year at Hill St., we wanted to take a moment to say a massive THANK YOU to our community. Whether you visited us in-store for a treat or sent our chocolate boxes across the country, you’ve made our holiday season truly special.

Seeing our creations become a part of your traditions is the greatest gift we could ask for. We hope your day is filled with love, laughter, and—of course—plenty of chocolate. 🍫❤️

A huge thank you to for his friendship, kindness, support, honesty and humility. We love seeing you and the boys on numerous weekends over time and are very grateful for the wonderful collaborative opportunities together where we are always inspired by your creativity.
