Thankfully times have changed and we are no longer supplying groceries to people in need. Yay! Back to being open and simply a community pub feels great again.

However, this time I am asking for your help.

Any of you beautiful people that are able to donate what ever you can by sponsoring me on my bike ride from the Pub to Scotland would be massively appreciated.

Want to support two local, family-run businesses at the same time, whilst getting all the meat, dairy and fruit & veg produce you need for the week? 👀 As we are now based at Hedges Farm Shop on Saturdays 9-4pm, you can place an order for collection with us both, having a one-stop shop and getting everything you need for the week ahead! 🛍️ You will need to place your order for Saturday collections BY THURSDAY 9PM. This is so we can both ensure we have the appropriate stock levels 🚚 To place a fruit & veg order, email us at [email protected]. To place a Hedges order, email them at [email protected]. PLEASE NOTE: You can only collect a Groves Fruits order from Hedges Farm on Saturdays, as that's the day we run our stall from there every week. You can collect Hedges orders from there Tues-Sat every week. We will not have Hedges Farm produce included in our home deliveries service.

Well this is exciting Fighting Cocktails

Welcome back! Following our week off we have some exciting news to share. This Friday will be our last day for deliveries for a while. Please message us to order your drinks.

From Saturday we will be opening a cocktail bar in the garden of Ye Olde Fighting C***s. On Saturday, weather permitting, cocktails will be served from 12pm-3pm and 6pm-9pm. And we will be there again on Sunday from 12pm-4pm. We can’t wait to serve you!

From Saturday 24th April, we will be offering a click and collect service but more about that will follow soon.
