Our take on 'Sweet Chilli Sauce'. A blend of Komodo Dragon, Scotch Bonnet & Cayenne along with loads of Garlic, a hint of Onion and a bit of Bell Pepper.

Unlike off the shelf brands you will find No artificial colourings, flavourings, additives or preservatives. We simply use a little Organic Poato Starch for the right consistency.

At around SHU 500,000 its hot, garlicky, sticky & sweet.

Our 'End of Season' Relish is a real gem. A blend of chillies from the end of the harvest, even whole ones. Trinidad Scorpions, Nagas, Habanero, Aji, Cayenne, Jalapeños & Paper Lanterns with others besides.

This is a Very Hot relish with an estimated SHU 700,000 but one jar may vary in heat to the next, especially if you find a whole Scorpion!
