Time for 2nd guesses! my latest painting for a lovely customer,
ONLY 1 PERSON guessed the right breed from my first (albeit weird angle and a bit misleading) photo.

Does this make it any easier?

Ooops I've just been told I haven't posted anything in 20 days! Sorry if you've been eagerly awaiting some world according to Sarah, but I simply forgot all about it! 😉
Anyway I have been painting, I'm working on a commission for some lovely customers, and today I took a funny photo of it, so I thought I'd share! From this angle ig looks nothing like their dog 🤣😂 but can you guess the breed?

I did wonder whether the world really needed another Highland cow painting...

Then I thought... duck it. and painted one anyway. I don't care what people think, I don't paint what's missing from the world. I paint what makes me (and you!) happy.

Meet Mildred 💕

She's loud, colourful, slightly bonkers and full of joyful energy. Every splash of paint and every geometric pattern was added simply because it felt right.

I think the world could always do with a little more colour.

What do you think... was I right to paint another Highland cow? 🧡

Well done to everyone who guessed Labradoodle in my previous post - yes this handsome boy is Basil the labradoodle, and he's very chuffed to meet you all at last!
(my bad, I took ages getting him ready!)

Isn't it funny when you try and write an animal noise? not sure if you agree with my scribing "Baaaarrrrrch" ? Trying to feel startled whilst i wrote hahaha!

Thank you to everyone who took the time over the weekend to suggest some names for this spicy lady! She is overwhelmed with all the suggestions that came in! It's gonna take a bit of time to route through and dig out some favourites, but I'll be sure to do so when I get chance!!
