Proudly part of Roly’s Fudge, established in 1987, making traditional handmade crumbly fudge fresh in store. Our crumbly, traditional fudge, made in the heart of St Ives. Established since 1987, we make our fudge to a 150-year-old West Country recipe. Real sugar, milk and butter goes into all our fudge - see for yourselves how we make our fudge, and pop in for a taster!

Exciting announcement!

Our Rolys Fudge Pantry in St Ives have partnered with SEA LIFE TRUST to raise funds for our local Cornish Seal Sanctuary! 🦭

This summer our fudge pantry has released a limited edition Cornish Sea Salt Fudge 200g bag - the collaboration will see 50p from the sale of each Sea Salt Fudge 200g bag donated directly to the Cornish Seal Sanctuary (Registered Charity No: 1175859)

As a family we regularly visit the Cornish Seal Sanctuary with our young family members and watch the seals’ antics, so it’s wonderful to be able to give back to this tremendous cause 💙💙💙
