Join iconic music photographer Jill Furmanovsky at Lucy Bell Gallery on September 25th from 6-8 PM for a special signing of her new book, OASIS: Trying to Find a Way Out of Nowhere.
Spanning over 500 photographs, contact sheets, and film strips, the book captures Oasis at their most raw - on stage, in the studio, on tour, and behind the scenes. From their explosive performances to the intense relationship between Noel and Liam Gallagher, Jill had unparalleled access to the band, documenting moments that have never been seen before. The collection is organised chronologically, offering an intimate visual diary of the band’s chaotic journey, from the height of their success in the 90s to their eventual split in 2009.

Jill worked on the book with Noel Gallagher, who offers personal insights into the moments captured in these iconic photographs. He reflects on the stories behind the images, giving readers a deeper understanding of the band's history and the close, at times volatile, bond between photographer and subject.

Jill herself, who describes this as her "best body of work," also provides an introduction, celebrating Oasis's lasting impact on music and her 50+ years of photographing musicians.

Don’t miss your chance to meet Jill in person and get a signed copy of this incredible visual tribute to Oasis.
