Well what a lovely afternoon at B for Butterfly today. The legendary co creator of Red Dwarf, Doug Naylor, was there signing copies of his new book Sin Bin Island.

Our good pal Rick Eades also put in an appearance to grab a copy and also to help us promote Wow Comix Presents issue No.1 which is available for free at B for Butterfly and various retail outlets across the town.

On Saturday 6th June we will have props, traders, cosplay and special guests from the World of Screen and Comic Books.

We will be sharing more news on the event over the coming months but for now you can circle your calendar.

Today was the official launch of Sale Festival 2026. It was also the launch of our new comic Wow Comix Presents. We gave away hundreds of free copies today and there will be plenty more to give away at Sale Comic Con on Saturday 6 June.

In the meantime you can pick up a free copy at various locations around town, including Shine, Sale cinema, Emporium M33 and the library.
