After 27 wonderful years, the time has come for us to close our doors as we head into retirement. We will be closing at the end of August.
Many of you may already know the news, but we wanted to take this opportunity to say a huge thank you to the amazing Irlam and Cadishead community for your support over the years. You’ve stood by us every step of the way, and we are incredibly grateful.
Running Forget-Me-Not has been an amazing journey. Like every business, we’ve had our fair share of highs and lows, but we truly wouldn’t change a thing. Whether you’ve been shopping with us since day one or have only recently discovered us, you’ve all played a part in our story, and we couldn’t have done it without you.
Over the past 27 years, we’ve been privileged to be a small part of so many special moments in our community. We’ve helped you celebrate birthdays, welcomed new babies, marked weddings, anniversaries, retirements and so many other milestones. We’ve also been there to help you express sympathy and support during life’s more difficult moments. It has truly been an honour to share so many of life’s occasions with you all.
We’ve also been fortunate enough to work with well-known brands such as Tesco, Pampers, and The Hilton, while also supporting local schools, charities, and our wonderful community. We are so proud of everything we’ve achieved together.
Although saying goodbye is bittersweet, we are so excited for this next chapter of our lives. We hope to spend the next few years travelling, making wonderful memories, and enjoying much more quality time with our family and friends.
