Meet Debbie & Kirby!
We're a mother & daughter duo from Teesside with a huge love for books, cosy days out and finding our next little adventure! We’re absolutely thrilled to be taking over Read & Rabbit for the day and can’t wait to become booksellers for a few hours!

Debbie is part of a few book clubs and is always happiest with a gripping thriller or a lovely feel-good read. Her current reads are Rob Rinder books about law.

Kirby is a lover of all things sci-fi, fantasy and horror, with her all-time favourites being 11/22/63 by Stephen King, Boy’s Life by Robert McCammon and the Red Rising series by Pierce Brown.

And what better way to continue the celebrations after Debbie’s 60th birthday in June than by spending the day surrounded by books?!

We’re so excited to meet fellow book lovers, chat about our favourite reads and recommendations you may have for us and soak up the cosy atmosphere at Read & Rabbit.
