What an absolute honour to have work in such company! Happily tired after the first hiro ceramics Mindful Clay evening at Hot Numbers Coffee Roasters Trumpington. Thank you to everyone who joined us - you created such a lovely buzz and produced some stunning pieces! Full house and the next session on 7th Oct is selling fast!

Bank holiday business card creating! Yes this is a choice… something I delight in doing… I loved my moo business cards but they cost 50p each and I loved them too much to let them go 🤪

But these I love too, as they are recycled card collected over my lifetime, (literally!! Some of these papers belonged to my parents stash!)

They take a while to produce 70 or so but I find the process ritualistic and as I’m making them I’m imagining who might take them, which word they take away and how it makes them feel or be… let me know if you have one and if it resonated!

Despite arriving late for a live interview, I made it! With roads closed, an accident and more roadworks, reaching Meridian 1 wasn’t easy this morning! However the lovely Emma Cooper put me at ease and we talked clay, mindfulness and business… I wonder how different it would have been if it were scripted?? Anyway, too many erms and repeated phrases, but really good to experience community radio… I’ll become a regular now!
