Showroom open again by appointment. Knock on Wood has been trading continuously throughout the pandemic.
We temporarily closed the showroom and moved to a system with just one person working at any one time and with stock deliveries and pickups organised without contact. We also introduced routines to avoid sharing equipment like phones, computers and kitchen items, and instituted extra hygiene precautions before and during work
We are now pleased to announce that the showroom is open again for personal callers so that you can try before you buy. This will strictly be by appointment only which can be made by phoning (and leaving a message if we're not in) or by email request. You will be required to use our hand sanitiser before entry and to wear a face covering (and we will do the same). We would need you to ask before trying anything and once tried not to replace instruments on the shelf but either in your shopping basket (ideally!) or in a box provided so that we can sanitise equipment between visits
If you can let us know what you are particularly interested that would help us to have things ready to try, as the warehouse will be out of bounds to visitors
Thanks to all our customers for your patience and support over the last few months and for your understanding of the necessary measures above designed to keep both visitors and our staff safe
