We have a new business in the Vaults, and they're kicking things off with a fantastic community event! 🌟

Please join us in giving a warm welcome to Sand & Stories, the newest addition to Scarborough Market Hall & Vaults. They did a fantastic job with their space and we are sure they will have lots of exciting activities.

Sand & Stories are partnering with the National Literacy Trust Yorkshire Coast to bring a wonderful morning of storytelling and reading activities for children and families.

📚 As a special bonus, everyone attending will get an exclusive sneak peek inside their brand-new sensory studio before the full programme of activities launches.

We're delighted to see another innovative local business choosing the Vaults as their home and look forward to seeing Sand & Stories grow as part of our market community.

One of the things we love most about the Market Vaults is the community spirit.

It's not unusual to see traders gathering for a quick chat, sharing ideas, exchanging advice, and supporting one another. We were just passing by at the end of last week when we came across a lively discussion about the future of the Market Vaults.

And there is plenty to look forward to! New traders will be joining the Vaults, some existing businesses will be expanding from one unit to two, and others will be growing from two units to three. It's an exciting time, with lots of positive developments taking shape behind the scenes.

A big thank you to our casual traders and especially our regular casual traders, who bring interesting products, creativity, and plenty of character to the Market Hall. We love having you with us! 💙

Did you know you can become a casual trader too? Tables are available for just £12 per day, making it an easy and affordable way to showcase your products, test new ideas, or reach new customers.

And with Halloween falling on a Saturday this year, we're planning a special 🎃 Spooky Saturday Market 🎃 and would love to hear from traders with spooky, gothic, autumnal, witchy, horror-themed, or Halloween-inspired products.
