Two businesses. One daughter. One very spoilt gift recipient. 😂
My daughter asked if I could put together some flowers and chocolate for a gift.
She probably meant something simple.
This is what happened instead. 🤍🍫
It’s actually quite a strange feeling seeing two completely different chapters of my life sitting together like this. Flowers have been part of my world for years. Chocolate is the new adventure.
And while I know the flowers will do their job…
I’m far more interested in the verdict on what’s inside that silver wrapper. 👀
The chocolate has officially left the building. Now we wait.

Look what just happened.
5pm tonight I received my 5 star rating..

Im so happy with how it went. it literally couldn't of gone any better.
woo hoo.. 🙌✌️🫰..
Now I just need to crack on and get it launched

please ignore the test bar, its been used as a guinea pig bar for a few months, handled and rehandled, its been through the summer heat and somehow still in tact, all be it a bit battered. 🍫🤎 -free #

The world did not need another chocolate bar.

It needed one that did not ask people to compromise.

Real cow’s milk.
No lactose.
No gluten.
Organic Criollo cacao.

And chocolate made by us.

We do not buy finished chocolate, melt it and reshape it.

We develop our own recipes and make every batch from cocoa mass to finished bar.

That makes us chocolate makers, not chocolatiers.

It has taken countless trials, technical setbacks and more determination than we expected.

Now, Andriani Chocolate is almost ready.

Our first release will be just 100 individually numbered bars.
