With almost three decades of experience, our in-house luthier Julian Clarke is a highly trained and skilled craftsman and guitarist in his own right, who runs our on-site workshop and carries out all repairs/set-up work and customization to

your requirements. Drawing on his extensive knowledge and experience, Julian is always happy to offer advice, and with the reputation of his work well known throughout the industry, customers return from far and wide time and time again for his expertise. From a re-string to a re-fret, as long as it's a 'fretted' instrument, we can help (I.e. Banjo, mandolin, ukulele etc)

Estimates are rarely given for specialist work over the phone or email as we are unable to assess the instrument and scale of work required. Just arrange to pop in with your instrument, however, and have a chat with Julian to talk through your instrument's needs. Please call the shop on 01732 742700 to arrange a mutually convenient time to drop by. Please note:
• The workshop is closed on Wednesdays.

The shop is packed full of spares and accessories for all your guitar needs. Strings, plectrums, capo's, leads, tuners, bags/cases, k***s, stands, straps, slides, machine heads, pick guards, strap locks/pins, nuts/bridges, whammy bars, pickups, tuition books.......... and much more! We buy and sell top brand second-hand guitars, and are more than happy to purchase damaged guitars in need of repair. Simply pop in or give us a call to have a chat if you have a guitar kicking about in the attic you've been meaning to get rid of! TUITION
Guitar lessons are available on-site with our experienced tutors, priced at £17 for 30mins, and available on a pay-as-you-go basis (no block booking or upfront payment required). This week in our Ebay shop we have quite a rare Level 42 album on vinyl from 1991 called Guaranteed.
Mark King had the most powerful thumb known to mankind and he used it to thwack his bass through most of the 80s. I expect now it has a preservation order on it. Anyhow, this is a great example of his art. Check out all our other vinyl records for sale at our Ebay shop at the link too.

This brilliant album by Level 42 was released on the RCA label back in 1991. This original vinyl copy has near-mint playing surfaces (as described above). Rare vinyl record! IN THE U.K.

JETHRO TULL 'A SONG FOR JEFFREY / ONE FOR JOHN GEE' 7" SINGLE (UK 1ST RESSING) CATALOGUE NUMBER: WIP6043. This single by Jethro Tull was released on the Island label in the UK back in 1968. It copy is in VG+ condition (as described above).
