Can anybody help please ? - I am trying to contact Adrian Lee of Musicotopia, London.
He left a valuable guitar with me over three years ago that after just two weeks decided he did not want to sell and would retrieve. I have tried email, post, mobile phone, landline, left countless messages - hundreds of times - but he seems to have abandoned the instrument and disappeared. Now sold - a new, never used set of Fustero 'plata vieja' machine tuners with beautifully engraved side-plates, white rollers and cream buttons. Plate length 111mm and 35mm roller centres. Particularly suitable for early 20thC guitars.

Now sold - a 1970's set of Rodgers machine tuners - originally made especially for David Rubio and would therefore ideally suit a David Rubio or Rubio workshop guitar. Hand engraved by Denis McQuoid - pattern no.16 - the brass plates are 125mm long and the roller centres are 35mm with white rollers and kidney-shaped buttons. They are in good working condition. New replacement price today would be at least GBP600 plus VAT.

This outstanding Arcangel Fernandez 1958 flamenco guitar with cypress back & sides and machine tuners, was owned and played by Esteban Antonio who sadly passed away. We are re-selling the guitar on behalf of his widow Izumi Imori who will receive 100% of the sale proceeds i.e. it is sold commission-free as a commitment we made to Esteban. It is is super condition and has a a very plaintive, melacholic sound in the right player’s hands.
So – do please consider this fabulous guitar.

Having enjoyed this very special guitar during the last seven years, it is time for someone else to own it. The sister / brother guitar to the Augustine 1940 Hauser that Julian Bream played, this is one of possibly only three deep-tuned Segovia model Hausers in existence. It is with immense sadness that we hear of the passing of grand maestro Julian Bream (1933-2020). The list of his truly outstanding achievements is amazing. For me personally he, more than anyone else, showed us all the impressive range of tonal variety and expressive beauty that the classical guitar is capable of.
But he had other talents too ... on the day I took this photo in 2009, he made us a simple lunch and said "I have been to many fancy restaurants in my time but you can't beat good bangers and creamy mash" ... he was right. It is an unforgettable privilege to have have known you sir. R.I.P.
