What is taste?

This autumn, we’ve gathered four remarkable people to help you find out - each one a passionate expert. Together, they’ll take you into the food system and what it really means to have good taste, from the anatomy of a supertaster to the five foundational flavours of Chinese cuisine, from the language of feasting to the poetry of flavour pairings.
