My mum has been waiting for her furniture after paying 5 weeks ago, everytime the furniture is due to be delivered they have made excuse after excuse!! When they finally turned up last week to deliver the sofa and other pieces of furniture they were careless and ripped a foot from the sofa, haven't put it together correctly and also didn't have a clue how to piece together the rest of the furniture so ended up taking it with them to deliver to the manufacturers in Birmingham. After being messed around for 5 weeks and the items that had been delivered were not in a good condition she asked for a refund for all the items and told them they can come and collect the ones that they damaged.

After failing to rectify any of this issue my mum has told them she will be seeking advice from trading standards....Well they clearly didnt like that as they have just sent her an email to say how "threatened" they feel and how they "do not feel safe enough" to come to the property to collect the damaged items so will not be issuing a refund.

This is the worst part
In this email they have stated that they have SAFEGUARDING ISSUES as they are concerned for the children who were present in the house (my 2 brothers and my 2 children) as:
• there was apparently a smell of cannabis (lies)
• there was swearing taking place in the house (its hardly against the law to swear in your own property 🤣😂)
• the house wasn't in a tidy state (the house is being decorated and all the rooms are empty as we have been waiting for the furniture FROM THEM to fill the rooms 😂)

I'm not saying this to defend ourselves because we don't need to do that...I'm saying this as it's such a low blow from the company just because we asked for a refund after being messed around so much.

You DO NOT expect this from a "professional" company and their behaviour is absolutely disgusting!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID
