Had the best time the other week at the 7th Magpie Sheffield Make Your Own Trading Card workshop!

Brought my character Diggin Dennis to life and planned my own pack of trading cards "Bendy Boys", based on all my wonky, bendy, janky characters 🤩

More coming soon! Got some exciting ideas for new products for some snaZZy markets towards the end of the year 💖

I'll be at Eyre Fest today at Off the Canvas - Sheffield Art Café & Splatter Room (121 Eyre St, S1 4QW) ✨ Help raise money for an indie, family-run biz and arts destination to move to a new home!

"Terrible tech support! The printer did not work, my boyfriend tried replacing the motherboard but it still did not work. Now he has replaced me. I am in depression now. Never buy this. I hate them."

"Yarn spinning is tactile, repetitive and colourful. It completely turns my brain off. It's also totally unnecessary these days to spin yarn by hand.

I spend a lot of my spinning time thinking about how many humans throughout history had to spend much of their times spinning yarn. I also think about the colours and what or who they remind me of. "

Just finishing up reading The Q***r Thing About Sin by Harry Tanner and felt inspired to re-imagine the book cover with a lil q***r illo 🏺🏺🏺really enjoying creating some historical vibe illustrations recently and working in different colour palettes 👀

Super recommend this book! It's heavy in parts but super important in telling q***r history! Q***r love has always existed 💕

Quick sketch as I keep thinkin about how dreamy the eclipse was the other eve. So gorg to be in the local park, surrounded by community, having a shared experience. Humans being humans!

There were lots of picnics and joy and the shared understanding that we were all just humans at that point, enjoying nature 🌿💕

Folks were sharing their glasses, passing em round, huddling round collinders and pieces of card with pinholes in 🌝

I was, of course, mega anxious to look at the sun with the glasses on, but I did manage to have a cheeky peak for 0.2 secs and I'm so glad I did!
