Due to continued growth, we are looking to appoint an Internal Sales Advisor to join our office based team.
Duties to include:
• Handling of Inbound sales calls
• Processing of customer orders
• Dealing with customer enquiries
• Greeting and discussing orders with customers at the office.
• Compiling and managing through customer quotations
• General administration duties

Knowledge of the industry is preferred but not essential as full training will be given.
Hours of work are between 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday.
Our business is closed on Bank holidays and operates a shutdown over the Christmas period each year.

Job Type: Permanent full time position available.

Hours: 8.00am – 5pm Monday - Friday
Kitchen Trade Suppliers is a leading distributor to the trade of built-in kitchen appliances, worktops, sinks and taps. Due to continued growth, we have two vacancies for customer service roles to strengthen our experienced team.
Reporting to the Internal Sales Manager, the successful candidates must possess excellent customer care skills.

Duties to include;
Answering inbound calls
Dealing with an established and existing customer base
Processing Sales orders via Sage
Contacting customers to book in deliveries and discuss existing orders.
Liaising with suppliers regarding stock
General administration
Taking payments from customers

Skills and experience
• Experience of customer service or sales administration role.
• Reliability, good time keeping and attendance
• Self-motivation and able to work under pressure
• Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
• Computer literacy

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £21,000.00 per year
