A really great awning, easy to put up by one person, seems sturdy although not tried yet in wind. The awning is lightweight and with the poles, packs into a neat storage bag, it has generous sized mud walls and good guy rope attachments. I bought the extra rear poles for stability and also the extra centre roof pole for stability.

All round, very happy with my purchase, although a couple of hiccups along the way.

The towbar I ordered wasn't available, so I was offered an alternative at the same price. The caller informing me of this intimated it wasn't usual practice to offer an alternative at the same price. Perhaps better stock management of the website would prevent this.

Arranging the fitting was a challenge. The order confirmation stated someone would be in touch, but I had to chase this several times to get it arranged. No issue with the actual fitter, did and excellent job, but the arrangement process was difficult. Other companies I've used in the past let you book the fitting appointment as you order the tow bar which is significantly better and gives reassurance to those who need a quick turnaround as I did.

The towbar itself performed excellent overall the last week or so I used it, so no issues there whatsoever.

I bought this for my Dorema Quattro 225 porch awning so that I could partially open the front wall to allow air into the awning and through the caravan door. It was easy to fit and works well. I purchased towards the end of the recent heat waves, but was just in time to use it on a couple of occasions when the additional airflow was really appreciated.

The clamp arrived well packaged and was purchased in order to replace our previous Milenco clamp that had become rusty and difficult to use due to corrosion damage after 14 years of constant use. The new clamp was at first, difficult to fit due to the fine tolerance of the three interlocking components and the thick paint covering, but having persevered, I am now able to fit and remove the clamp fairly quickly
