Thank You and Welcome to everyone who has liked this page recently or from the beginning.

Fusion was established 20 years ago by my husband.

I've been involved with the business since 2001.It has been a huge part of both of our lives.

We downsized and moved the shop upstairs at our Devonshire Street location a few years ago in order to have a second outlet for our menswear shop The Alternative Store.

Out of sight is out of mind in the retail sector though so we decided to sell via an Amazon store to reach more people. As both
Stuart and I have other persuits that are more dear to our hearts now than traditional retail

We decided to clear our stock and set up an Amazon shop. Phoenixgoodsandtrading.

Took it upon themselves to complain to Amazon that we were stocking fake items - not something we have EVER done in 25 years in business- or Will ever do

And as a result we have been suspended from the selling platform purely and simply because lomography has chosen not to recant the accusation.

It should be said that I offered to box up the paltry amount of stock we have left and ship it to Lomography for inspection
The solution was for Lomography to rescind the accusation.

UK and IRELAND manager and deputy manager have both spoken to me about this and informed me it's a decision that can only be made by HQ in AUSTRIA which is fair enough but

Interestingly HQ In Austria have chosen not to engage in dialogue and or recant the accusation even though they will have records that we were genuine customers.

I have sent numerous emails before even getting a phone call from a member of staff who informed me verbally that the issue was about selling at the same MRSP

I explained that we were clearing and also agreed to sell at current MRSP if that was the issue on the understanding that they would contact HQ and the whole situation would be sorted simply and quickly.

In my faith in humanity I accepted this would be done quickly ( we are in the digital age ) as it was the case of a simple email unfortunately this has not been auctioned

The last email from the manager of sales UK IRELAND states that it was a discretionary decision made by Amazon and they only complained about particular products not the shop as a whole so are refusing
a) to retract the complaint
😎 to admit to any responsibility for playing any part in my shop being shut down
C) to engage in any further dialogue

So we will be selling in this platform for the foreseeable future.
