💛 Introducing Nathan's Crafty Friends CIC 💛
Many of you know Nathan and our family's journey over the last 14 years through Nathan's Craft & Tearooms.
Nathan has been, and continues to be, an inspiration to us all. His amazing attitude to life, his smile, his determination and his energy are what drive us every day. In fact, one of Nathan's favourite sayings is simply:
"My life is perfect." 💛
Those four words remind us that everyone deserves the opportunity to enjoy friendship, purpose, creativity and belonging.
Today, we're excited to share the next chapter of our journey...
✨ Nathan's Crafty Friends ✨
We're in the process of setting up a Community Interest Company (CIC) to create even more opportunities with adults with learning disabilities and their carers through creative workshops, community activities, friendship and inclusive experiences.
We're still in the early stages, but we'd love our community to be part of this journey.
We're looking to connect with:
🎨 Craft tutors and creative workshop leaders
🍰 Bakers, artists and makers
🎵 Musicians and entertainers
🧘 Wellbeing, mindfulness and fitness instructors
🌼 Local businesses who may be interested in sponsoring or supporting us
🤝 Volunteers who would like to share their time or skills
💛 Anyone who simply believes in creating a more inclusive community
