The Role:
This isn't a standard supervisor job. At Bodycare, you're an Experience Supervisor - the person the team looks to on the shop floor, and the reason every customer leaves with a smile.
✔️ Run the shop floor and set the standard every single shift
✔️ Coach and support your colleagues in real time - lead by example, always
✔️ Deliver exceptional customer experiences, from first hello to final recommendation
✔️ Keep standards high - merchandising, stock, housekeeping, safety
✔️ Help bring your store's community to life - events, content, local connection
