I’m super proud of myself for doing this segment on ITV. When I got the invite to go on the Jimmy and Shivi’s Farmhouse Breakfast show, I was at a stage when I had already been wondering for a while about how I could do more to spread the green cleaning message. There are so many amazing people out there already promoting and talking about green cleaning so I’m not alone. As an individual, I fell into using green cleaning products when I became unwell. I realised that exercise and changing my diet alone was not enough. I needed to make sure that I was using green and eco-friendly products to cook, clean and more. I love how easy it is to green clean in every day life. I love trying out new cleaning recipes and although it can be a lot of trial and error, there’s nothing more rewarding than when you get that perfect mixture that cleans well and even beats some of those shop bought products too. I find green cleaning super rewarding. I love sharing how I use the products with as many people as I can. I’m thankful for this little opportunity. I recently had the privilege of meeting and alongside comedian on the show Jimmy and Shivii’s farmhouse breakfast. I showed them how easy it is to green clean using simple every day products like bicarbonate of soda, oxygen bleach (percarbonate of soda) and more.

It’s not every day that I get an opportunity to film a green cleaning segment for an ITV production. When I got the chance I grabbed it with both hands. I love talking all things eco and green cleaning.
Grateful and excited, I took the long 3 hour drive to the set and did my thing.
It was filmed on a beautiful farm alongside some lovely presenters and a celebrity. The experience was was great and everyone from the film crew, to the producers, the makeup artist and background staff were all so nice.
My biggest regret though was that I wish I hadn’t been so scared to take more pictures of the absolutely stunning surroundings. From the ones you can see though, the location was gorgeous I’m sure you’ll agree.
The show will be shown in a few months time and I’ll be able to tell you more about it then. Grateful for the opportunity.

This is 100% true. I always tell people, just do what you can. Every little change to be more sustainable, more eco-friendly, and more green no matter how big or small is super helpful.
