We don't usually post things like this, but after last night, we feel we need to.

The fake bids? We can handle them. If people want to waste their own time trying to get a few views on TikTok, that's on them. We've got thick skin and for you lot we can remove the bids or you can cancel within 5 minutes of your order, obviously we will try our best to be on top of it all.

But when people start personally attacking Carina, calling her names, and trying to humiliate someone who's done absolutely nothing wrong, that's where we draw the line. That's not trolling. That's bullying. For those who have watched us from the start will know that Carina wouldn't even be seen on camera for months, she was "back office" she's come so far, so I am not about to let any of that happen again.

What hurts the most is we've always tried to do things the right way. Since we started, we've opened doors for people, shared suppliers, given advice, helped others grow, supported small businesses, and celebrated other people's success. We've never expected anything in return. If anything, we've always believed there's enough for everyone.

We don't pretend to be perfect. We're just a normal family trying to build something for our future. Every live we do is another step towards giving our kids a better life. That's all we've ever wanted.

To everyone who defended us in the chat, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Reading your messages reminded us that the good people massively outweigh the bad.

We'll be live again tonight because we're not giving up after one bad night. But we're also not going to pretend that words don't hurt. If the abuse, fake bids, and personal attacks continue, we'll have to take a step back. Not because they've beaten us, but because protecting our peace and our family will always come first.

To the people trying to tear others down... ask yourselves what you actually gain from it. Behind every screen is a real person with a family, feelings, and a life outside social media.

Let's make tonight about what it should be about—having a laugh, finding some bargains, supporting one another, and proving that kindness will always be louder than hate.

Good morning, you lovely lot! ❤️

Well... yesterday didn't exactly go to plan, did it? 🤦‍♂️

We'd like to apologise for the unexpected disappearance, but our car had other ideas. It decided it no longer wanted to be a functioning member of society and treated us to a lovely "Drivetrain Fault" message. How thoughtful. 🙄😂

So instead of working, we spent the day playing recovery truck drivers and sweet-talking the garage into taking it off our hands.

The good news is... we're not letting a grumpy car stop us! 💪

The lives are still going ahead this week, so come and join us for the usual laughs, bargains, and chaos. The only thing we do need to ask is that you bear with us on dispatch. Without our trusty wagon, getting parcels packed and dropped off is a little trickier, so they may take a little longer than normal.

Thank you, as always, for being the best bunch. We appreciate every single one of you and promise normal service will resume as soon as our four-wheeled diva decides to pull itself together. 🚗😂

Firstly, sorry!

One certain person (who shall remain nameless... but he knows who he is 👀) completely lost his head and decided, "I know... let's get another load today!" Brilliant idea... until it wasn't. 😂

He actually just didn't want to sell you anymore hosepipes, steamers, carpet cleaners or irons tbh 🤣

As you can imagine, everything took a lot longer than planned.
