Day 19 of has arrived and Waterstones Shrewsbury is featuring today! Our shop, built all the way back in 1713, used to be someone’s home but now it’s home to a world of books. Come and discover your next read, we’re open 9-6:30pm today - we’d love to see you!

Things will be changing slightly from next week, we’re still going to be here 7 days a week for all your book needs, but our hours will look a bit different. You’ll still be able to order and collect from us, however from Sunday 22nd Nov we’ll be available from 9am - 3pm.

We are pleased to announce that we are now open again! You’ll notice that things look a little different from now on but don’t let that put you off coming in. We have plenty of measures in place to help you and our booksellers feel safe in our shops. We have sanitising stations dotted around the shop, we’re limiting numbers in the shop to help you shop safely, we’ve introduced social distancing measures and much more. If you have any concerns or questions about your visit, please don’t hesitate to give us a call on 01743 248 112 between 10am - 5pm Monday to Saturday or 10:30am - 4:30pm on Sunday.
