While work on creating my new accessible studio continues back in Norwich, I headed off to King’s Lynn today, to immerse myself in other artists’ work. Loved the excellent exhibition ‘Women Artists and the Land’ GroundWork Gallery, totally adored the jewels made from found and reclaimed items GroundJewels, including these divine pieces by Alison Boyce Jewellery Kent, revelled in a sparkly new connection with the lovely Catherine Regina Austin-Fell, spotted this excellent roof in Kings Lynn, then, once back home, tackled Ratchapoom Boonbunchachoke’s film “A Useful Ghost” on MUBI.
The film totally defeated me, sorry to say - I love a quirky arthouse movie normally, but I just didn’t get this one, despite it having won the Grand Prize at the 2025 Cannes Film Festival🤷🏻♀️. A memorable end to a really enjoyable day, nonetheless.
