Hello all so sorry for the delay replying to messages enquiries/bookings.
we are back from our familymoon all messages should now have been replied to.

our castles will fit inside some venues 🌧

Please Note: On all garden hires, We set up between 7am-before 12 noon and collections start at 6pm If wanting later collection it is best to book overnight hire. Over night hire is an extra £30 collected next morning before 9am.
If you require set delivery /collection times please let us know when booking

Our castles include safety mats, extention cables,free local delivery can cover other areas at an additional cost to cover fuel.
10-15 minutes to set up a castle, larger castles will take longer.

***If you have artificial grass please let us know when booking. ***

To make a booking message the page and we can check availability.
For bookings we will need your address postcode of set up, Phone number, date, castle wanted.

payment on setup of castle or bank transfer evening before.

we will contact you before delivery to check booking is still OK.
Area where castle is going must be clean.

Our inflatables are deep cleaned after each hire.

If raining on the day you may cancel anytime before set up.
Please be aware we are very busy and may be setting up or collecting.

On each booking we charge a refundable cleaning damages fee £20 which is returned on collection of castle as long as kept clean and undamaged.
