Job Description:
We are looking for a Part-Time Retail Assistant to join our dynamic team throughout the week. As a part of our retail team, you'll provide excellent customer service, assist with store displays and cleaning, help customers with product recommendations and ensure the store is well-organized and stocked,
You must have knowledge of Pokemon cards, market values and be able to manage card buying opportunities in-store. Experience working with model kits and miniatures is required, knowledge of brands and associated products is a must have.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers, ensuring they have an exceptional shopping experience
Help customers find the right collectibles or products based on their interests
Restock shelves and maintain the appearance of the store
Assist with pricing, labeling, and organizing products
Process transactions and handle customer inquiries at the till
Provide knowledgeable recommendations on our products
Help with store promotions and seasonal events
What We're Looking For:
A friendly and enthusiastic attitude with a passion for collectibles, pop culture, trading cards, model kits and miniatures
Strong communication skills and a love for interacting with people
A proactive team player who can work independently when needed
Previous retail experience is a plus
A strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Consistent reliability and punctuality
