Sew yourself Happy with Julie I run Dressmaking Classes and workshops and Retreats in Devon and Somerset The shop is bursting with beautiful fabrics and the habadashery you need to create.

Sidmouth Fabrics & Haberdashery is a business I developed from ideas and inspiration I had whilst running Overly Gorgeous. People asking for general sewing kit, wanting to know if I could teach them to sew or where could they buy a bag handle or a beautiful button. A gap in the market, some planning and research, some lovely stock buying and a very very deep breath and here we are. Gorgeous quality 100% cottons for patchwork, dress fabrics, organza, denim and many more. And then of course the habby; ribbons, buttons, fixings and fasteners, tape, wadding and of course, good quality needles and thread. We also stock a wide range of patterns.
