🎆 NEW YEAR 🎆
As the New Year is peeking round the corner, I wanted to take this opportunity for a bit more of a personal post. While we celebrate the end of 2025, which has been a tough one, I wanted to thank not only our customers but our staff for getting us to where we are today.
As a small family business, every customer, every sale and every experience is really important to us. We aren't a large chain, we truly value each and every person that comes into our stores and we pride ourselves on our customer care, sensitivity and product knowledge. This I feel sets us apart, as we genuinely care and do what we do to make a difference and give back to our local community. I am glad to say, I think we do and I love the rapport I have with my customers and I know my team does with theirs. It is a joy that we have so much repeat custom and people regularly come back to visit for a catch up and sometimes a cup of tea!
While most of you only see myself, Steve, Dave and Viv we have a wonderful team working behind the scenes and helping the business run smoothly, carrying out deliveries, doing our servicing and more. I feel incredibly grateful to work with such a spectacular group of people, not only do they work incredibly hard but they are just a joy to work with.
So, on behalf of myself and the team we would like to take this opportunity to wish you a Happy New Year! We look forward to seeing our regulars, and some new faces in 2026 but in the meantime, we hope you enjoy the holiday.
