๐Œ๐š๐ข๐ง ๐๐ฎ๐ญ๐ข๐ž๐ฌ ๐š๐ง๐ ๐ซ๐ž๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐›๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐ž๐ฌ:
โ€ข Support, guide, prompt and encourage individuals throughout their daily work and training activities to ensure good conduct, health, safety and wellbeing always.
โ€ข Under the guidance of qualified teaching staff or workplace assessors, assist with training, developing and the assessment of learnt knowledge for nationally recognised vocational qualifications.
โ€ข As required, and under the guidance of qualified health & social care staff, provide assistance to young people or adults with additional needs with their personal care.
โ€ข Administer prescribed and over the counter medication as required and in-line with the established medication policy.
โ€ข Support individuals over lunches and breaks.
โ€ข Provide 1:1 support as required.
โ€ข Transport or es**rt clients to and from home using company vehicles when required.
โ€ข Record keeping & contributing towards meetings & reviews.
โ€ข Undertake Continuous Professional Development opportunities in line with your job role.
โ€ข Carry out any other duties as required.

๐๐ž๐ซ๐ฌ๐จ๐ง ๐’๐ฉ๐ž๐œ๐ข๐Ÿ๐ข๐œ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง:
โ€ข Must have recent experience within the care industry or as a Teaching Assistant within an education setting.
โ€ข Must hold a full, clean driving licence
โ€ข IT skills (e.g. Microsoft Word & Excel).
โ€ข Good interpersonal skills & effective communication skills.
โ€ข Personal qualities to include being reliable, pleasant, empathetic, caring, flexible and adaptable.
โ€ข Willing to take part in further training and attain further vocational qualifications as applicable.
โ€ข Must be able to carry out physically demanding work & be prepared to work both indoors and outdoors in all weathers.

Employment offers are subject to a satisfactory Enhanced DBS report (disclosure expenses will be met by Midstream).
