My Yū Nutrition products have arrived and I honestly can’t wait to get started!

after trying to juggle different supplements from different places (and spending more than I’d like to admit 🫣) I’m so happy I can now get everything I need in one place simple, affordable, and no faffing about.

For me it’s about feeling better, having more energy, and properly looking after my body instead of just running on empty 🙈

I’ll share how I get on once I’ve started them but for now I’m just excited for a fresh start and a little boost! 💛

I read this verse on Sunday and I took it as a warning wrapped in love.
If I continue to spend my life trying to impress everyone and win their approval or try to look successful on the outside but in doing so I silence who God actually created me to be, what have I really gained?

Let’s be honest applause fades, trends change and peoples opinions shift in a moment.

But the identity God placed inside me? That’s eternal.

I don’t want to gain validation and lose my calling.
I don’t want to gain followers and lose my faith.
I don’t want to gain approval and lose my peace.

Sometimes the world rewards performance.
But God values authenticity.

So I’ve decided I’m choosing obedience over image, my calling over comparison as we know this is the theif of joy and I’m choosing purpose over popularity.

(P.S I use the Good news translation but the English standard version is

For what does it profit a man to gain the whole world and forfeit his soul?

I’ve fallen back in love with needle felting recently. It started as a little switch off hobby for me, but I’m finding so much joy in creating these tiny wool pieces 🧶✨

I’m just wondering… is this something people would actually buy?

One of my biggest goals by the end of 2026 is to become more of an ingredient household knowing what’s in the products we use and keeping things as simple and clean as possible 🤍

So as we prepare for our newest little addition, I’ve been really intentional about baby care too.
