A burst of gilded leaves that transforms a ceiling into a work of art.

This striking Spanish crown-form ceiling light dates from the 1950s–60s and perfectly captures the glamour of Hollywood Regency design. Hand-crafted from iron and finished in beautifully aged gilt, its sculptural arrangement of upswept leaves creates a dramatic sunburst effect while casting a wonderfully warm, atmospheric glow.

What I particularly love about this piece is its versatility. Unlike many statement lights, its shallow profile allows it to work beautifully in hallways, bedrooms, dressing rooms, entrance halls, and rooms where ceiling height is limited but character is essential.

Produced during the golden age of Spanish decorative ironwork, this fixture combines traditional craftsmanship with the theatrical elegance that made Spanish lighting highly sought after by designers around the world.

Professionally restored, rewired, PAT tested and ready for installation.

🎨 French Louis XV Jeweller’s Carriage Design, Dated 1769

A vanishingly rare, archival-tier piece of Ancien Régime social history. Painted in gouache and ink, this original 18th-century coachbuilder’s master design depicts a luxury commercial carriage for an elite Parisian jewelry and goldsmithing workshop.

Dated 1769—the landmark year Louis XV appointed his new Crown Jeweler—the drawing features explicit script reading "French Jewelry 1769" alongside the jeweler-goldsmith guild's technical tools. It proves that even the delivery vehicles of Paris's top craftsmen had to look as magnificent as the treasures inside. Professionally housed in a bespoke exhibition frame with premium museum UV art glass.

Originally conceived as a grand oil lamp, this imposing piece features a monumental baluster body in a rich, mirror-finish Cobalt Blue glaze. It is beautifully framed by exceptional Aesthetic Movement gilt-brass mounts, showcasing a finely cast "bundled reed" Japonisme gallery on a heavy plinth.

Stamped proudly on the neck with the maker's mark, this is a quintessential piece of high-end "London Maker Lamp" history.
