Applications are now OPEN for the Skipton Christmas Market 2026, and we're looking for traders, food vendors, charities and community groups to help make this year's event!

Whether you're selling handmade gifts, artisan products, festive treats, or representing a local charity or community organisation, we'd love to hear from you.
We're looking for:
🎁 Artisan & market traders
✨ Festive themed stalls
🍔 Food & drink vendors
❤️ Charities
🤝 Community groups

🆕 New for 2026: We're introducing a limited number of shared gazebo pitches – perfect for smaller businesses, new traders, or those looking to test the waters without committing to a full stall. If you've always wanted to trade at Skipton Christmas Market, this could be the perfect opportunity!

🚗 Parking & Travel Information for Skipton Christmas Market – Sunday 14th Dec 🎄

Please note that there is no Park & Ride service this year. Unfortunately, the site we normally use is unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control. For this reason, we have not advertised or indicated that Park & Ride would be running in 2025.

However, there are lots of parking options available on the day:

🔹 High Street Car Park — Behind Skipton Town Hall. Access only from Rectory Lane, Skipton, BD23.
🔹 Coach Street Car Park — 33 Coach Street, Skipton, BD23 1LQ.
🔹 Cavendish Street Car Park — 5 Cavendish Street, Skipton, BD23 2AB.
🔹 Skipton Bus Station Car Park — Adjacent to the bus station.

All of the above are Pay & Display.

✨ Skipton Rotary’s Charity Car Park is also open from 10am–6pm.
Just a short walk from Skipton High Street, it’s only £3, and 100% of proceeds go to local charities and fantastic organisations.

🚍 Travelling by Public Transport?

🚌 By Bus:
Skipton Bus Station is just a 2-minute walk to the venues.
You can travel to the market with The Keighley Bus Company, with fares costing no more than £3 each way.

🚂 By Train:
Skipton Train Station is located on Broughton Road.
Take a right when leaving the station and walk up Broughton Road into the Town Centre — around a 10-minute walk.

🚗 Polite Reminder – Parking Suspensions This Weekend

A reminder not to leave your car on the High Street setts overnight, as parking will be suspended from 4pm on Saturday, 13th December 2025, to ensure the area is clear and ready for our traders on Sunday morning.

We’re also welcoming many coaches visiting Skipton to support our market, shops, pubs, and restaurants. To accommodate them, parking will be suspended in part of Coach Street Car Park from 4pm on Saturday, 13th December 2025, until 8pm on Sunday, 14th December 2025.

Thank you for your cooperation and for helping us keep Skipton’s last Christmas market of 2025 running smoothly! 🎄✨

Please note that part of Coach Street Car Park (the area shown below) will be closed to the public, as it will be used as the coach drop-off point for the Christmas Market.

But don’t worry — the remaining sections of Coach Street Car Park will still be available, and there are plenty of other parking options around town:

🔹 High Street Car Park — Behind Skipton Town Hall (Access from Rectory Lane, Skipton, BD23)
🔹 Coach Street Car Park — Remaining areas not affected by the closure, 33 Coach Street, Skipton, BD23 1LQ

We’re thrilled to share the entertainment line-up for the final Skipton Christmas Market of 2025 — once again shining a spotlight on the amazing talent of our local groups, singers, and performers! ❤️🎶

And yes… our real reindeer are returning once more! 🦌✨

As always, the much-loved Traditional Christmas Carol Service will take place in the grounds of Holy Trinity Church, featuring the wonderful Barnoldswick Brass Band. 🎺✨

You’ll also find:
