📢 Important Update & Heartfelt Apology

I want to share something difficult, and I hope everyone can understand.

Many of you will remember that Rosie previously organised a Children in Need Christmas gift programme. I want to be completely honest and say that I was never involved in running that part of the business — my role has always been the balloon work only.

Sadly, due to personal circumstances, Rosie is no longer in contact with me or her family. Because of this, the Christmas gift programme cannot continue this year. I do not know the process she used, and without her involvement, I’m unable to carry it on myself.

I am truly sorry to anyone who was expecting a gift or had been told they would receive support this Christmas. I know how disappointing and upsetting this must be, and I want to apologise from the bottom of my heart. If I had the means or the knowledge to continue the programme, I absolutely would.

With these unexpected changes, Rosie will no longer be part of Loving Gifts and Balloons, and it is likely that the business will be closing. This isn’t a decision I ever imagined having to make.

Thank you to everyone who has supported us—your kindness and understanding means so much during a very emotional time. ❤️
