❤️ A Little Moment That Made My Day at APX ❤️

Last week, a lovely lady came into Arora Phone Xperts with quite an old landline phone. She was having trouble finding a replacement charging cable, and because she is a little hard of hearing, she wasn’t comfortable changing over to a newer type of phone.

She simply asked me, “Can you please try to fix this cable for me?”

I asked her to take a seat while I had a look. After around 10–15 minutes of working on it, I managed to repair the cable and get her phone working again. 😊📞

Seeing how happy she was was more than enough for me. It wasn’t a big repair, so when she asked how much she owed me, I told her there was no charge.

And then today… her sister came into the shop carrying this lovely box of biscuits to say thank you on her behalf. 🍪❤️

It genuinely made my day.

Running a local business isn’t only about making money or repairing devices. Sometimes it’s about helping someone with a small problem that means a lot to them.

📱 iPhone 17 Pro — Recovered After Severe Damage! 🔧🔥

This iPhone 17 Pro came to us brutally damaged, with multiple parts needing replacement and a major power issue on the motherboard.

⚡ Main power rail was completely down
🔍 No proper voltage/activity on the main rail
🛠️ Multiple damaged parts replaced
🔬 Board-level fault diagnosed and repaired
✅ Main rail restored
✅ Phone successfully booting and working again

This wasn’t a simple parts replacement — it required proper motherboard diagnostics, microsoldering and power-rail troubleshooting to bring the phone back to life.
