A strong successful 30-year career in makeup and hair, however she’s now returning to her roots with a passion for sewing. Laaj and Jaybees go back a long way, in the earlier days she had her fabulous tailoring set up placed above her parents convenience store (Master Foodstores) where she would magically design, stitch and alter garments. I would watch her working so skilfully, while having a long tea break and a chatter.
