To all customers. Please do NOT post messages to our page. It does not work and we cannot access the messages. We cannot access any Facebook support through any of their "help" channels as these do not work either....

Problems with Facebook

For the last couple of months have had issues with accessing Facebook. It was just not possible to login.
If you can't login you can't contact their "support", so you can't get anything done about the issue. Needless to say they don't have a phone number or an email address for problems....

So, for all those people that have been trying to make contact through Facebook would suggest that you contact us on our email address directly: [email protected]

After spending days on this issue have given up - it just wastes a lot of time trying to get anywhere with the automated "no help" system and life's too short...
