We are closed for the Easter break, have a great Easter everyone.

To our customers and Facebook friends, you may have seen over recent days plans submitted to redevelop Ashorth Pharmacy into a new pharmacy and 14 room HMO. As a result our shop M.y Cards & More/ M.Y Carpets, will be demolished.

Whatever the outcome of this application, and judging from local public response this may not be plain sailing for theses plans being approved.

Therefore we still need to trade, probably for at least 12 months before any of this would happen. We would therefore please ask for your continued support and custom until such a time we are served notice to leave. Because of your support over the last almost 14 years, our Facebook friends would be the first to hear of any clearance sale, when such notice is served. Until then we obviously still need to try and make a living for as long as possible.

I will post separately on our M.Y Carpets page, as what ever the outcome, we will continue trading on a samples to your door basis and already have additional warehouse space to allow us to do this.
